We are proud to announce that on November 27, 2024, Packprofil surpassed the barrier of 100 tons of cardboard produced in a single day for the first time in its 120-year history. This remarkable achievement is the result of consistent optimization, innovative solutions and the commitment of the entire team.

We were visited by children from the Special School Complex in Zawadzkie and the Public Elementary School in Staniszcze Wielkie. These were days full of energy and inspiration, during which the young guests:
Toured the factory and watched with curiosity our machines in action, transforming waste paper into ecological products such as bushings, angles and pallets.
They learned about the idea of the “3Rs” - Reduce, Replace, Recycle - and our efforts to protect the environment.
They took away samples of the products to use in creative art projects at school.
At the end, each group received reflective vests from us to remind them to be safe.
Lemon challenge - helping Emilka
Our PackTeam participated in the “Lemon challenge” for Emilka Boldyzer, supporting a collection for the girl's treatment.
These actions show that Packprofil is more than a company - it's a place that supports the local community, educates and inspires people to care about the environment and other people.

PACKPROFIL FIRE DRILLS - WE CARE ABOUT SAFETY!
At Packprofil, the safety of our employees and the local community is a priority. Therefore, we regularly organize fire drills to improve our procedures and skills. On 21.10.2024 we held a fire safety drill, which was an excellent opportunity for practical learning and cooperation.
What happened during the exercises?
Fire simulation - Employees efficiently located and used fire extinguishers, extinguishing the fire outbreak in accordance with health and safety rules.
Evacuation - The halls were abandoned in less than 5 minutes, confirming the effectiveness of our procedures.
First aid - CPR (resuscitation) was simulated on a phantom and assistance was given to a person with burns.
Support was provided by firefighters from Staniszcze Wielkie, sharing experience and supervising the activities. We would also like to thank firefighters from Spórok for the phantom, which made the exercises more realistic.
Such initiatives are key to better emergency preparedness and building a culture of safety in Packprofil!

WE SUPPORT LOCAL ACTIONS AND PROMOTE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
On September 7, the Cross Dolina Mała Panew sports event - W Pogoni Za Bobrem - took place. Participants competed on 12.5 km and 7 km routes, and the event was a family event, with runs for children and additional attractions. Over 200 competitors took part with the support of uniformed services and rescuers who ensured safety.
The aim of the event was to promote a healthy lifestyle and integrate the local community. Packprofil proudly took part, and our team added their kilometers to the #kilometryzbieramy charity campaign, supporting children in need.

PACKPROFIL: EMPLOYEE INTEGRATION AT CANOEING AND PARTY
On 30 August 2024, Packprofil organised a team-building event for more than 200 employees at the "Amazonka" in Kolonowskiem. The event started with a canoe trip on the Mała Panew River, and then the participants enjoyed themselves until late in the evening with DJ music, team games and delicious food.
The event was part of the company's CSR strategy, promoting a healthy lifestyle and strengthening relationships within the team. By holding the event in a local setting, Packprofil also supported the local community and tourism, demonstrating its commitment to the development of the region and the wellbeing of its employees.

PACKPROFIL AWARDED SECOND PLACE IN THE COMPETITION “OPOLSKA FIRMA PRZYJAZNA CUDZOZIEMCOM” - A MODEL OF LOCAL COMMITMENT AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Packprofil won second place in the ‘Opole Friendly Company for Foreigners’ competition on 20 June 2024, organised by the Opole University of Technology, the Provincial Labour Office and other institutions. The company was distinguished for its active support for foreign employees, supporting their integration and adaptation in the local environment. This approach is part of its CSR strategy, promoting equality and diversity in the workplace. The event was held under the patronage of the Provincial Labour Office in Opole, and Packprofil's distinction confirms its commitment to building an open, integrated community.
BIKE RALLY #PACKPROFIL #PACKTEAM FULL STEAM AHEAD FOR THE “MAŁY KROK eng. SMALL STEP” FOUNDATION - INTEGRATION AND SUPPORT IN ONE
On 8 June 2024, Packprofil organised a bike rally that combined employee integration with support for the ‘Mały Krok eng. Little Step’ Foundation. Participants rode scenic routes, visiting local attractions such as the castle and the ‘Death Glade’. The event ended with a joint celebration at the Dzika Chata over a bonfire and pizza. A key aim of the rally was to support charity - thanks to the kilometres travelled, funds were raised for the foundation. The rally fits perfectly with Packprofil's CSR strategy, combining sport, integration and community action.
PACKTEAM - FULL STEAM FOR "SMALL STEPS"
The challenge involves collecting kilometres through physical activities such as cycling, running or walking. Participants report their progress to the coordinator and can also voluntarily support the MAŁY KROK eng. Small Steps foundation through fundraising. The challenge is open to PACKPROFIL employees and their relatives, promoting a healthy lifestyle and supporting a worthy charitable cause. The challenge was kicked off by our PackTeam with a Kolonowskie - Hel bike rally.

Our guests returned to school wearing reflective waistcoats - we believe they will use them as pedestrians and traffic participants, contributing to improved road safety.

"PIĄTKA NA PIĘĆDZIESIĄTKĘ" / ‘FIVE FOR FIFTY’
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Special School Complex in Zawadzkie, our team took part in the charity event ‘FIVE FOR FIVE’, organised at the GIPROL Educational Farm. The event included a bike rally, a run and Nordic walking. It was attended by 300 participants, 150 of whom were Packprofil representatives. We are delighted to have been able to support this action!
